About Dr. Gajian

Garen Gajian, MD, is an experienced pain management physician practicing at Pain & Anesthesia Care, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. 

Dr. Gajian earned his Doctor of Medicine from Kiev Medical School in Ukraine prior to completing his initial training in general surgery at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens, an affiliate of Cornell Medical School. He also completed a primary residency in anesthesiology at St. Vincent Medical Center in New York City before completing a pain management fellowship at the University Hospital of Cleveland, an affiliate of Case Western Reserve University. While at the University Hospital of Cleveland, Dr. Gajian trained under Dr. Mark Bosewell, one of the leading experts in the field of pain management. 

At Pain & Anesthesia Care, Dr. Gajian provides an array of treatments for chronic pain, including epidural injections, ketamine infusions, PRP therapy, facet joint injections, and rehabilitation services.
